Max received qualifications as a Draftsperson in 1995 and has been a Designer & Architectural Manager of F3 Design since 2003. Max’s business has been in Maleny since 2009. See f3-design.com.au Max is extremely interested in designing Smart, Low-Cost, Eco-friendly, Sustainable and Off-Grid Communities. Was excited to design the Smart Village Concept Plan and looking forward to it being built. |
Dianne DunnFounding Member and Secretary to the Company, appointed on the 29th March, 2017.
Dianne has had various roles during her lifetime, including: - Waitressing, Maître D’ and Secretarial work for a major Finance Company in South Australia. Dianne is a part-time Secretary for F3 Design. Dianne has a passion for creating self-sufficient, affordable, rental housing for the over 50’s suffering the rental stress. Dianne loves helping to design the Community Hub / Wellness Centre, homes/ cabins / units etc. that are going into the Smart Village. |
Greg WilliamsFounding Member and Director of the Company - Appointed Director on the 29th of March, 2017
Through his background in legal practice, Greg has an extensive working knowledge of property, business, family and estate issues that impact on families and individuals during retirement. Greg has been involved with the management and leadership of sporting groups, clubs and community groups/charities for over 31 years. Greg continues his community involvement with several local organizations including Maleny District Sport And Recreation Club Inc.; Maleny Neighbourhood Centre Association Inc.; Sunshine Coast Table Tennis Club Inc.; and as a Board Member of Maleny Cultural & Historical Society Inc. |
Bev JorgensenBev became a Supporting Member in July 2017, and was officially nominated as SLSL Treasurer on the 2nd of August 2017 and a signed Contract on the 3rd of August 2017.
Bev has been a Secretary for many years in the Public Service in Canberra, and has qualifications in "Hospitality Law MCII", a "Certificate IV in Training and Assessment of Staff", and an Associate Diploma in "Bachelor of Business in Club Management", through the University of Lismore in New South Wales. Bev also has a RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and a RMLV (Responsible Management of Licenced Venue). Bev has run her own bookkeeping business and a wholesale business with a partner. Bev has a keen interest in what is happening with the over 50's movement and is excited about what Smart Living Society Limited is hoping to achieve within the community. |
