Village Infrastructure to include a generator, battery storage, solar panels and wind turbine capable of delivering power to all dwellings.
Dwellings will offer long-term affordable rentals for residents.
Residents will be encouraged to operate their own business from their homes. Their services may offer goods to other residents and visiting tourists, markets, etc., which will then in turn provide them with a small income for sustainable living.
This model Village is perfectly suited for rural properties within close proximity to towns.
An area of gardens / farmland is envisaged to provide an infra-structure for a diverse range of produce. Some commercial activities will be executed under the umbrella of the Society, creating paid positions for the residents and creating revenue and individual enterprises.
We want to build a hope for the future by working together as a community and ensure that we provide a great lifestyle for the residents.
